Luscious celery/spring green glass slag molded dog's head designed as a toothpick holder. I am not sure who made it, but have looked closely at the similar examples (in photos) by St. Clair, Summit Art, and a 1970s reproduction. This is not the Summit one, nor the reproduction. It is closest to Joe St. Clair. It seems to me to be quite old, perhaps Victorian.
