Up for auction due to downsizing of collection is this matching pair of Broadkaster banjos from Gretsch from mid 1920s. A tenor banjo and a banjo mandolin. Both need some tlc to get the actions down, especially the mandolin. Lovely mother of pearl necks with colourful flower inserts. The bodys are cast and the wooden backs I think are mahogany and in good condition. The banjo mandolin has its original hard case. Low starting price for a nice pair of Gretsch collectables which with a little attention will be back in action.
