I�ve asked my post office and according to its current status, tracking orders for countries such as China, Russia, Ukraine & the Baltic Countries, Indonesia and Mexico is not possible. Tfore, unfortunately I cannot accept ANY bidders from any of the aforementioned countries, until the HELLENIC POST OFFICES can set a proper tracking system for these countries as well. The only exception I can make for a bidder who lives in one of the aforementioned countries is that the they comply to one basic rule: If they are willing to bid and win the item, they are aknowledged that they will receive the item from at their own risk. This means that if the item is lost or never delivered to them for ANY reason, I will not be held responsible and tfore any PayPal attempt to claim their money for non-receipt, will be reported to PayPal and Ebay as violation of the rules I�ve set for all my auctions. I know that this is not fair but as I cannot secure any buyers from the aforementioned countries, I�m afraid that the best way is that you don�t bid at all until the tracking system issue for your countries is fixed. 4.
