#12 GRISWOLD CAST IRON SKILLET AND LID This large skillet and lid set has been in my family for at least 60 years, most of that time in storage. It was given to my grandmother by a friend who owned and lost a restaurant during the depression. It has not been used since. It could probably use a good cleaning but I have choosen to keep it in it's original condition. The pan is in almost perfect condition, very little sign of use. The the lid is almost pristine. I have had it displayed on my hearth for many years but am downsizing and only keeping the smaller pieces. This pan is very large and sits flat, the lid fits extremely tight. My photography really doesn't do justice to the condition of this set. Please don't hesitate to contact me with questions as I know t are many different types of markings on these types of pans.
