Griswold Cast Iron #9 Griddle Large Block Logo âe" Cleaned and Seasoned This great large logo smooth bottom skillet has been meticulously cleaned and lightly seasoned. It is ready to join your cooking staff the day it is received. It sits flat on a hard surface without any wobble. This griddle was originally made sometime between 1930 and 1939. The cooking surface is 10 1⁄2âe across and it is 14 3⁄4âe long with the handle. The back of the griddle is marked: Cast Iron Griddle 9 The Griswold MFG Co Griswold logo in a double circle âe" 3 1⁄4âe across Erie , PA , U.S.A. 609 T is a 9 on the neck of the handle on the front. The cooking surface is smooth and clean with no holes or pitting. T are no chips, nicks, cracks, breaks, rust, or repairs to the piece. T are the usual discoloration and utensil scratches from years of use and age. This griddle sits perfectly flat on a hard surface. I do no oil my cast iron so they show better for the pictures.
