This old CAST IRON Cooking POT was found in an estate auction box. It is very large, measuring about 12" in diameter and 5" deep! It is marked on the bottom of the pot "10 GRISWOLD ERIE 835B" and on the underside of the lid "10 GRISWOLD ERIE 2553". I am not at all a Griswold or cast iron collector, nor very knowledgable about it, but I do know that this pot would make a great camping pot(although it is pretty heavy)! If anyone has further information, please feel free to inform me, so that I can add your information to the listing for any potential buyers. This old pot shows some age wear, but is definitely in usable condition with no cracks. I hope that someone can find it a new home!
