IT APPEARS THAT 99% OF GERMAN BUYERS ARE DOING THIS, AND WE DO NOT KNOW WHY AS IT IS FAR MORE EXPENSIVE TO POST FROM GERMANY TO THE UK.WE AS A BUSINESS HAVE TO PAY 20% VAT ON OUR SHIPPING TO EUROPE WHICH IS NON RECOVERABLE SO A TYPICAL PARCEL OF 600 GRAMS IS APPROX. £5.50 + 20% = £6.60 AND THAT IS JUST TO COVER THE SHIPPING.SORRY ABOUT THIS BUT WE CAN NOT SEE ANOTHER WAY AROUND THE PROBLEM.
