This is the 19th issue of Guitar Review from 1956 published by the Society of the Classic Guitar, New York, NY. Vladmir Bobri was both and editor and cover artist for the magazine. The Hanes ads on the back are famous and the magazine includes written articles and music from many Classic Guitar Traditions around the world. The magazine is also packed with drawings and sketches that tie the subject matter together. There are fantastic old Guitar related advertisements from the names like Montoya, Goya, and Louis Scafa. The pages are clean but a little yellowed with age and a small mark from a paper clip on the back cover page top edge. If you are interested in the guitar, the articles are as interesting today as they were in 1956.
