18" inch "Laurie" knife replica! This is a replica of the huge knife used in John Carpenter's 1978 film "HALLOWEEN". I just finished this one and it turned out great and has a very creepy, authentic appearance! This style knife can definitely be seen in the film! See the attached pic of the knife in Lauries hand. I am very pleased with it indeed! So if you want an accurate film knife..... THIS IS IT! Also included is a custom cedar display stand with the accurate HALLOWEEN lettering and a vintage detail job. This one is awesome! It looks 100% real but it's 100% fake!!!! It can not cut you!!! It is a SAFE replica knife! The edge is thick and dull! This knife is done in a "mild used" version which still retains a nice blingy shine and looks like it was just taken from a hardware store! It features a real, hard wood handle that I have weatd to perfection and stained with a burgandy, mahogany color. The handle shape on my "Laurie knife" is very unique. It has a sinister looking hook shape at the back of the handle. It's just like the knife seen in the "couch scene" w Laurie is attacked by Myers. It is also accurate to the knife in "Bob's kill scene". These replicas are not flimsy BUT they are light weight and perfectly safe! You must have one to understand this.
