This lovely miniature figurine in mint condition with the expected crazing. See my other auctions for many other old and retired Hagen-Renaker animals, including the matching mom, and save on combined shipping. Sales Policies Questions I heartily encourage questions! Don't worry about sounding "stupid" or asking something you think should be obvious. I want you to be confident that what you are bidding on is what you want. I suggest that you not wait until the last minute to ask questions, as I'm not always home to answer e-mails received within hours of an auction close. I automatically combine shipping on multiple purchases wver possible, and that's most of the time. It's always possible I'll encounter a situation w a large, heavy item is purchased along with a small fragile one that will preclude combining shipping, but that hasn't happened yet. After the Auction I will send you an invoice that should - hopefully - include all the information you need to complete the transaction. Once you receive it, please complete the "Pay Now" process so all of your information and shipping preferences are readily available to me via eBay's system. I work long & erratic hours, and the more advance work I can do to prepare your package, the faster I can ship it. I can't guarantee next day shipping, but usually come close. Payment I expect to receive payment within ten mailing days of the date I notify you of your win. If you know in advance that you will be out of town when an auction closes, or that other special circumstances might exist which could delay payment, please drop me a note before the auction closes. I work hard to accomodate special requests and can almost always work out a mutually agreeable arrangement. However, if payment is not received within a timely fashion, I participate fully in eBay's non-paying bidder process and leave negative feedback for NPBs. Forms of Payment - United States For bidders with feedback ratings of 25 + and no payment-related negative feedback previous customers in good standing I accept both personal checks and MOs/Cashier's Checks as payment. For bidders with feedback ratings of under 25 bidders with any payment-related negatives (regardless of overall feedback rating) bidders with private or hidden feedback I will accept only MO or cashier's check. I do not accept PayPal payments. Shipping Costs and Methods I ship via the US Post Office, generally via priority mail. Buyer to pay estimated shipping, s I happily combine multiple auctions wins to reduce your shipping cost. Insurance is optional on most items. I pack well and have experienced very few problems, but will not be responsible for uninsured items. If you want an item insured, you *must* notify me via the Pay Now process or e-mail before payment is sent, or your item may ship without insurance even if you have paid for it. I will ship outside the U.S. on most items for patient bidders; the full amount will be declared and bidder will be responsible for any Customs charges.As a diehard collector of very fragile figurines, I pack very securely, but if you have any special requests I will be happy to accommodate your needs. Claims for items damaged in shipping must be filed through the post office; I will not be responsible for any item damaged in shipping. Item Descriptions/Refunds I have a very good eye for even small flaws, and buyers usually tell me that the items are nicer than they expected from the description. However, in the event I miss something please contact me and we will work something mutually agreeable out. I do not consider mild, clear crazing on art pottery to be a condition flaw , and will not usually mention it in an item description; if crazing bothers you, be sure to contact me prior to the end of the auction to determine whether the item is crazed.
