Shipping fees: Buyers in the United States pay $3 for the first CD and $1.50 for each additional CD. Delivery confirmation is included. Buyers in Canada pay $4 for the first CD and $1.50 for each additional. Other international buyers pay $6.50 for the first CD and $3 for each additional CD.
