( It is an original painting by Pauline. She lives in Panama City, Panama and is from Haiti. The painting is in excellent condition and is signed by the artist. About six months ago, we packed up our belongings, sold our house, said goodbye to friends and family and began our adventure. We decided after thirty years of marriage, three kids, and many years in ministry that it was time to take our ministry calling to a new level by moving to the country of Panama. Since January, 2009, we have been conducting full-time mission and humanitarian work among the people of Panama. The focus of our work is three-fold:• Working with the indigenous tribes in the outlaying rainforest regions of the country. • Working with underprivileged and marginalized populations in the inner city. • Providing a place for short-term workers to stay and be comfortable while joining our work. The sacrifices have been many but the beauty of this country and its people encourage us daily as we work. Whether we are in the city or in the Darien rainforest, we are welcomed by the people of Panama.
