Hall China New York Style Small Black Tea Pot that holds approx. 14 ozs. of liquid, I'm not sure if it's the 2 or 3 cup? The tea pot is black with gold trim around the top rim and the knob. Gold is a little worn around the top rim. It has the older backstamp, gold circle with Hall in the circle and Made in U.S.A. outside of the circle, from the 1920's. The lid has a 1" white part that fits down into the tea pot. The tea pot is white on the inside. The tea pot measures approx. 6 1/2" from the handle tot he pourer and 4 1/8" high with the lid's knob. This tea pot appears in the Hall China third edition Collector's book by Margaret & Kevin Whitmyer on page 261. The tea pot is in great condition, a some light utensil marks on the outside.
