A rare color for this style teapot. Frankly, we've not found any comparables & so we're starting the auction at $9.99 - have fun bidding! All the following is based on internet searches; please let us know if you have more (or more accurate) information. Hall made their McCormick teapots from the 1930s through the 1990s. This pink teapot would have been made sometime from the 1950s-70s, when only pastel colors were made. Marked as shown, unglazed (again, internet research indicates this would be the case for a "newer" teapot). Measures about 7 1/4" tall with the infusor in, about 9" from end to end. Condition is very good/excellent; does not appear to have been used. T is a small black spot/line on one side (more pronounced in photo than in person). T's a small glaze rub (factory) and a rough spot (factory) on the spout that can be felt - it's actually a little bump in the glaze or clay. Nothing post-factory other than a little bit of aging/browning on the unglazed foot as would be expected.
