Hallmark Studio Limited Edition Handcrafted Family Room Display Piece. It is in excellent condition in original box. Features a peaceful family room scene on the Christmas Eve after everyone has gone to bed and is awaiting Santa's arrival. There are 3 batteries still in plastic in box with instructions for the grandfather clock and radio. I started to unpack everything to set it up, but realized there was no way I would be able to pack it all back up as professionally as Hallmark did. There are pictures of the item on google with it all setup. Fantastic display piece.
