The motor spins with power to the trucks using test leads, but does not want to move on rails- maybe a loose wire betwen the trucks and the motor. Selling as-is. Please email any questions before bidding! - Please note that the shipping quoted is shipping AND handling, not just postage! I will combine to save shipping. I do not use eBay's mailing system, so if you want a delivery confirmation or tracking, they are available at extra cost, I try to keep my shipping reasonable. US only on most items , outside US possible on items selling for $100.00 or greater . Paypal is ok, and so are MO's. Deduct 10% if you don't use Paypal. Thanks, Larry.
