This is a TALKING LIGHT UP HUGGING BEAR Plush Stuffed Animal. Made by Hallmark. It is 16 inches tall in standing position. It is in Great Condition. Press his left foot and his cheeks light up red, and he says lots of things like, "I'm waiting for a hug, Ha, hey stop tickling my toes, I want a hug instead, Hugs get your hugs , free hugs, right , etc." He also shakes once in a while.
