This sign has been hanging in our home since the early 1960's. T appears to be some adnce of the picture to the front, perhaps due to moisture. I have photographed this unit outdoors so you can see what I'm describing. The unit does work, I have had it plugged in and running, the blemishes from the adnce become much less noticable when lit. The motion/rippling effect works. No dents or damage otherwise noted save for normal wear of a piece its age. Measures approximately 22"x19"x4"I accept PayPal only and ship to the continental United States. Insurance is recommended. Per some requests, I will accept Money Order/Cashier's Check.
