You are bidding on a med ium relief hand crafte d, cardboard , paper, paint, and paste O-scale building model . This particular piece is modeled after a common early 1900's s avings and l oan building found in nearly every town in America. I generally take a more artful approach to my models rather than the focus on detail . This one looks great with the Lionel's and other O or O -27 scale train accessories brands. Measurements of this structure in inches: 7" wide , 10" h igh and 3 .75" depth . Weigh's perhaps 8 ounces if not slightly more. Photo's are very accurate to color and contrast. My art models are sturdy enough to handle, but delicate and not recommended for children . Shipping is by USPS Standard Shipping 1 - 5 business days. It is nearly always my policy to ship day after cleared payment through Paypal, weather permitting . Please allow three days handling time to insure proper packaging or crating. Made in America with recycled materials .
