This is a great old hand tool! I just sit and spin it for fun! We can't find any maker name on the hand crank grinder. We took it apart to give it a simple cleaning and examined all of the parts, still no identifying marks. What we did discover is that this wheel is for a bigger grinder and the previous owner did some "Ozark engineering" and just centered the wheel and tightened her up snug! It spins with ease and has even sharpened a blade we had on hand! The clamp turns freely to tighten on a board. Wether you intend to use it or display it, it's a pretty neat looking tool. We do not honor the automatic shipping fee that eBay inserts for shipping. If shipping is stated to be determined by where you live, please wait until we send you an invoice. We do not make any money off of our postage, so postage overseas will be exactly what the P.O. rate is...not a penny more. We package carefully (we have only had 1 item break in the mail), but due to the delicate nature of glass and some items and the UN-delicate nature of how packages are handled in the mail, we encourage insurance on breakable items.
