HAND MADE 18k YELLOW GOLD and RUBY PIN 15 GRAMSPICTURES SHOW DETAILS.Up for your consideration is this lovely hand made 18k yellow gold 3 clover leaf pin with 10 prong set real RUBIES.I acquired them at the same huge private old estate jewelry call where the TRIFARI STERLING FUR CLIP.I was told by the granddaughter that her husband had this pin specially for her birthday was is in July.If you look at the back, you can see all the small open half loops that you could put a chain though & wear it as a pendant. That would look lovely!Now, this piece is not marked as to carat weight or who made it, but I was told it was made by a jewelry in Ardley, NY.I tested it, and it held up to 18k, with just a touch of lightness to the color, which means it could be 16k. A lot of jewelers did this and that is why it isn't marked.With my measurement, the rubies turn out to be .25 carats, and I think that's a low number....but that doesn't make too much of a difference.The pin measures 1 5/8" around, and has nice dimension to it.It weighs a total of 15 grams on my scale.I DO NOT POLISH ANY jewelry I ACQUIRE AT PRIVATE ESTATES, but this piece does NOT need a lot of cleaning!Also, after I purchase an estate, it goes to a smoke free home.I always put a dime by my pieces so you can guesstimate how big they are before you get itFREE 1st class shipping read more
