Cloisonne beads are special in that they have awire outline on the bead and are then painted . These beads have flowers on them. You may return this item within 7 seven days of receip t if it is not to your liking or not what you expected. Please contact me before doing so. The buyer pays postage costs both ways but will be refunded the full cost paid for the item. Please get a certificate of posting so should I not receive it back the Royal Mail can deal with the matter. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded in full, but please follow the above procedure.
