HANDPAINTED PLATE BY RICHARD BUDD C1915-2002 This stunning plate hand painted by Richard Budd who started his career at the Worcester factory under the great Harry Davies and later went free lance and was commissioned by the Coalport factory to paint several items for them. This is a winter landscape of horses and pheasants in a field. The plate measures 10inch/25c,ms and has a gold rim, in excellent condition with no chips cracks or restoration.
