This particular item is a hand written note on the back of a picture with the signatures of Ronald and Nancy Reagan. The picture measures 3.75" x 5". WE GUARANTEE IT TO BE HAND WRITTEN by Ronald Reagan himself - note how the writing is the same as the President's signature. Also Note how Nancy's writing is different. IT IS NOT PRINTED - it is hand written, and was given to a personal friend of the Reagans. I have a book entitled "Old Greenwich" from this gentleman's estate - he was a relative named William Harrold Reagan, and the book is signed by him on the inside. So, we can be certain t was a connection between Mr. William Reagan and President Reagan - hence the personalized communication.
