This is a One-of-a-Kind handmade dress especially made for Chatty Cathy.There is a matching dress for Patti Playpal in another auction. The fabric is "Best Friends Forever" with sunglasses, high heels, nail polish, cell phones, lipstick, purses, and jewelry. The dress has a fully lined rose pink cotton bodice with lace, three clear pink buttons, and a pink bow. There is elastic and lace on the puffy sleeves. Below the bodice is a deep aqua sewn-in high waistband and a pink flower with strands of aqua and pink ribbons. The waistband is sewn into the dress and wraps around tieing into a big aqua bow in back of the dress. All seams are serge finished when possible to prevent fraying. The dress opens all the way in the back for ease with dressing. The skirt has a light aqua background with "Best Friends Forever" throughout along with sunglasses, high heels, nail polish, cell phones, lipstick, purses, and jewelry. There are two sewn-in white tulle slips to give the skirt lots of body. The dress has three white snaps in back above the big bow. The panties are made from the aqua and rose BFF fabric. It has three rows of lace, a pink grosgrain ribbon and bow, and a pink satin flower. The waistband has white elastic trimmed with pink hearts. There is white lace and elastic at the leg openings.
