This is lightly used handmade silver mounted loose cheek snaffle bit made by Randy Arnold. It is marked with a Randy Arnold's mark R. Randy is a long time cowboy, trainer, calf roper, and cutter out of Dawn, Texas . The bit is steel and is just beginning to rust. It is mounted with eight pieces of nickel silver engraved with wheat stalks and wiggle lines. The bit is completely handmade with no laser cut pieces. It has a sweet iron tapered snaffle mouth piece. This would be a nice bit to use. Measurements: Mouth Piece -5” Cheek Pieces (straight across from end to end of each ring) - 5” Bars Diameter - a little over ¼” Bit Weight in Ounces - 10.4 Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or would like to see additional pictures.
