You are viewing/bidding on a handsome antique Black Forest all original hand carved antler mount. I believe that this mount is pre -1900. The carving is all original and in perfect condition. The intricate hand carving includes a plaque,leaves,and acorns.The mount measures approximately 7 inches tall by 7 inches wide, the antlers are approximately 8 inches long. Everything on this piece is in excellent, solid condition. My Grandmother is German and went to an estate sale many, many years ago at a large Old Country Estate/Mansion/Hunt Lodge.
