This is a very nice hanging kerosene hall fixture. The frame is brass with a pressed and pierced pattern. The frame measures 6 ¼" across and 8 ¼" in length. The length from the canopy to the pull down is 33" long. There are no breaks or cracks in the brass. There is some rust on the iron piece that holds a glass font, (missing). The opalescent swirl shade is in perfect condition, no chips or cracks. The shipping cost is based on priority mail. Once I pack the item I go to the post office and get the shipping quote, this is the price I invoice the buyer. If the actual shipping cost is lower then what I've invoiced the buyer I send the buyer a check for the difference, if the cost is higher then what I invoiced the buyer, I assume the difference. What you pay for shipping the item is between you and the post office; I make no money off of the shipping. I assume the cost of the boxes, bubble wrap and packing peanuts, I do not pass this cost on to the buyer.I've had trouble with Ebay's shipping calculator since I started selling; this is why I ask the buyer not to send a payment until after I've invoiced them.
