This is an original production cel from a late 70s or early 80s Hanna Barbera Scooby Doo series. The untrimmed cel measures 10.5" X 12.5," the image of Fred is almost 4" tall. I do believe this piece is from the episode "The Neon Phantom of the Roller Disco." There are 3 peg holes and production writing along the bottom edge.The piece includes a Van Eaton Galleries certificate of authenticity.
