Up for auction is a beautiful blue enamel and sterling silver necklace by Hans Myhre. A modernist design with a pattern of lines within the enamel. Te necklace measures about 8" long while clasped and about 16" unclasped from end to end. The piece is marked on the back with 925S Sterling, an anchor (the Hans Myhre mark) and Made in Norway. This necklace is stunning. The fifth shape down from the clasp does have a chip in the enamel and the eighth one has a pinhead size chip. In looking at other necklaces made by Hans Myhre, I am unsure if the clasp on this necklace is original or not, so please look at the many pictures I have taken where the necklace clasps and determine for yourself. In trying the necklace on, it falls wonderfully around my neck. The necklace is being offered as is. I have not attempted to clean the necklace and will leave that up to the new owner. Buyer to contact me within two days after auction ends. Buyer to pay shipping costs.
