Available here is a real scarcity - a TRUE 1st ed/1st prtg , w/ complete numberline to "1", of PLAY DEAD , the debut novel by HARLAN COBEN . This is the TRUE 1st/1st, NOT A LATER RE-ISSUE. Published in 1990 by British American Publishing, book is NEAR FINE in black cloth covered boards w/ gold gilt titles. Book has slight wear to tips and spine heel, else beautiful tight and bright. Mylar protected dust jacket is VG++. It is fully intact and bright w/ light wear to extremities and a small chip to spine crown and at bottom front tip. Else, very clean and nice w/ original price of $19.95 intact. Overall, a beautiful copy, especially at this price point, considering its scarcity. NO RESERVE.l
