It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England.Harmony Kingdom description:" Interchangeables is a unique collection of figurines with parts you can mix and match. Seven pieces were made; "Bog Hopper" (Frog), "Crack a Smile" (Croc), "Heart's Content" (Elephant), "In the Know" (Hippo), "Lady Luck" (Bird), "Make a Wish" (Fish) and "Wedded Bliss" (Turtle). Each piece consists of three parts that can be interchanged, making "unusual animals".Free USPS First Class insured shipping in the US. The piece is "mint in box". Thanks for looking!
