This Fragile World marble resin figurine named "Mouse with Strawberry" was carved by Harmony Kingdom artist, David Lawrence, under the direction of Harmony Kingdom Artistic Director Martin Perry in 2006. It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cottswold area of England and produced at Wimberley Mills, the Harmony Kingdom Factory in the UK. Martin listened to his collectors about how the HK pieces had gotten larger and larger and they longed for the smaller pieces, that didn't take up as much room to display. He remembered that request when he created Fragile World. Dimensions (inches): Approximately 2 inches. Although the pieces are small, they have good detail. The piece is made of the same materials as the Harmony Kingdom pieces, with the exception of a unique glaze finish that was added to the Fragile World Line. Each piece comes in an attractive black box, with a Certificate initialed by Martin and the artist, detailing the name of the piece, as well as all of the craftsmen involved in it's production. Fragile World was created to be a low edition size, UK Animal Figurine Collectible, but had the misfortune to enter the collectible field when almost all collectibles were in a decline.
