This is a set including volumes 7 and 8 of the Harvard Classics Shelf of Fiction collection. The Harvard Classics volumes were published in 1917 by R. F. Collier & Sons under special arrangements with The Macmillan Company. These volumes contain the work of Charles Dickens entitled David Cooperfiled. As with all the Harvard Classics, the volume contains criticisms and interpretations of the work. The boards are green with gold lettering. The inside cover front and back has a green sketched scene. These volumes are in fair condition. The boards have some slight rubbing. The corners are worn. The binding is tight and the pages are secure. There is some staining on the top edge of one volume. The other volume has some pages with creased corners
