Nice Victorian pictorial plate with superb vignettes of Hastings attractions! 25cm diameter. Excellent condition. Minor edge wear. No cracks or chips. Very interesting Mister Bond! On closer inspection the plate is transfer printed with handpainted colour. The underside of the plate has several markings; 'John T. Boutwood, China & Glass Warehouse, 6 Robertson St., Hastings.' Printed numeral, '2'. In red chinagraph, '133' and 'R'.
