This rare - and long retired - Haunted Mansion snow globe is a terrific collector's piece for any fan of the ride and/or the movie. Set in a graveyard, this piece features various scenes and characters from the now classic Haunted Mansion attraction. On the base - all set around a mausoleum with "Rest in Pieces" etched above the door - t's the grave digger and his skinny dog, skeletal fingers lifting the lid from its coffin, the singing operatic ghosts, tombstones, ghostly musicians and more. The globe itself features the iconic three hitch-hiking ghosts who join you in your car at the end of the ride; the ghosts sway back and forth as if looking to hitch a ride (that's why they're called the three hitch-hiking ghosts). To give it an extra eerie sensation, the ghosts on the base light up - batteries included - and to top it off, it winds up and plays the spooky song from the attraction, "Grim Grinning Ghosts." Standing approximately 10-inches tall, this globe is in new condition - it has never been displayed and comes in its still near mint condition original packaging. This very hard-to-find, mint condition collector's item, would make a great addition to your collection - or a great Christmas gift for the Haunted Mansion fan in your life.
