A pack of 2 Hayman-compatible tension screws with 2 washers. Hayman Tension Screws for tom tom and snare drum have been obsolete for about 10 Years. They are unique in modern drum kits because they have a thread configuration which has fallen into disuse. That is 3/16th" British Standard Whitworth. Drummers refurbishing Hayman kits have found it difficult to find even secondhand screws. Another complication is that the inserts in the drum brackets are a matching thread and they do not exist either. So..... I have had these screws manufactured to the exact dimensions. I also have original Hayman chromium plated brass inserts for the tension brackets if needed. One other thing is that during Hayman manufacturing years they made tension screws of different lengths to accommodate different Tom Tom measurements. Snare drum dimensions for 5" deep or 6 1/2! deep and the floor tom screws were longer than all the rest. I have had mine made to fit the longest requirements and it is possible with a home hacksaw to reduce the length as needed. The quality is amazing, the finish is smoothest chrome and I am proud to offer these tension screws to the vintage drum world.
