Ideal size for crook, market or antler thumbsticks or horn approx 1inch top tappering down low starting price if you source shanks you really should make sure the shanks are 1 year seasoned !a typical 1in (25mm)thick shank cut during the winter will need to be left at least 12 months, those cut at any other time of the year will need at least another 3 months,you can tell by the weight of them ,should be light to handle.
