Up for sale is this beautiful piece of Heathcote China. This covered jam/honey/sugar bowl is the Williamsons Blue Pattern, Registered No. 557909. This set is adorned with flying bluebirds, with the outer rim edged in the same blue. These pieces are stamped Heathcote Best Bone China, England, Blue Williamson, and the registered number. This set includes a covered bowl measuring 3-1/4" in diameter x 2-1/4" high. This covered dish is attached to a plate measuring 5-1/4" in diamter. This set sits on another plate measuring 6" in diameter. This set has a tiny chip on lid at opening for spoon, otherwise no other chips or cracks, and glazing appears to be in good condition. This is a nice piece to add to your collection. I have many of these pieces online auction and they are the same number. Will ship Canada Post. The British Registry dates the pattern to 1910. This piece could have been sub contracted by Noritake/Nippon as prior to the 50's pieces going to UK did not have to be stamped Nippon. Further in my auctions you will see the salt and pepper for this set, and it is stamped Noritake/Nippon. The salt and pepper are the same number 557909 as all the other pieces. Will ship Canada Post, and I do combine shipping.
