Heavenly c1903 Robin's Egg Blue Silk Visiting Dress Album Album Album Album A captivating original circa 1903 lady's robin's egg blue Winter weight silk two piece visiting dress. A gold chain stitch embroidered organza overlaid yoke and stand up collar that repeats at the under sleeves, embroidered cutwork silk satin trim and two organza rosette accents. The bodice is lined and stayed, with a blind front hook and eye closure, a fashionable lined and gored skirt with a bias cut flounce and an inverted tail with a back hook and eye closure. A 31" bust, 25" waist, and 56" from shoulder to front hem. In good clean sound as found condition, with just a few pin dot age flaws and spots, a few minor scuffs, perspiration color to the dress guards, shatter to the silk charmeuse collar lining, and some loss and openings to the metallic thread accented collar and yoke, and a few small openings to the cuffs.
