The famed and feared gossip columnist penned this light-heartedly ghoulish June 6, 1953 letter to Jim Murray about an unusual burial in Forest Lawn Cemetary. "You might like to prepare your body the same way he did," she writes, ending, "And how are all your cadavers?" Signed "Hedda" in blue pen. On "Hedda Hopper's Hollywood" stationery, 5.5 x 8.5" and NRMT w/fold marks.
