HEDY LAMARR Autograph is on the back of an obvious war time postcard from The Hollywood Canteen. On the front of the postcard is an assembling of service men and women waiting to go into the Canteen. The picture itself is not completely in tact. It looks like it might have been ripped from a scrapbook. The Caption on the top is clear: Sunday afternoon at the Hollywood Canteen. Hedy Lamarr's autograph is completely perfect on the back. Hedy Lamarr appeared at The Hollywood Canteen alot for the troops. My mother was a regular volunteer there also. Signature signed, Hedy Lamarr The story: My mother worked at Republic and Universal Studios back in the day. She adored Hollywood and met MANY stars. Through her years she acquired numerous autographs and autographed pictures. My mother's name was Irene, she passed away in 1997. I will be listing others but feel free to write and ask if you have a favorite. G reat for a true Hollywood collector's collection!
