Heisey by Fenton Gold Series Rosalene Standing Wood Duckling Manufacturer: Fenton Art Glass Company using an original Heisey mold Limited Edition: This is #79 out of only 450 made for the Heisey Collector's of America (HCA). Piece: Standing Wood Duckling Color: Rosalene Marks: "79 of 450" underneath; "HCA" and the Fenton logo on its right rear feathers. Size: 2-1/2" tall Condition: Mint. No chips, dings or cracks. Gold Animal Series: 450 sets of Rosalene animals produced by Fenton in 1992 using Heisey molds. The original 12 Gold Series animals are: Airedale, Standing Colt, Cygnet, Standing Duckling, Filly Head Forward, Fish Bookend, Gazelle, Giraffe, Hen, Rabbit Paperweight, Sow, and Tiger Paperweight. The Balking and Kicking Colts were produced later that year as an add-on to the series. Reference used: "Glass Animals Including Animal & Figural Related Items", page 49, by Dick & Pat Spencer.
