I am certainly not a glass expert, but believe this to be a Heisey Martha Washington 3 arm candelabra. It is being sold in as found condition. If you have any questions about it, pls ask. I am happy to answer. I bought this many years ago and have never had the occasion to use it. The individual prisms are all in tact and in excellent shape with all but 2 or 3 having their perfect tips.The ones that don't have the teeniest amount of a flea bite at the end and calling them imperfect is almost overstating.I'm parting with a lot of high quality dinner ware and vintage goods.
