The famed Orchid Etch is featured Neila & Tom Bredehoft's "Heisey Glass, 1896 - 1957, Identification & Value Guide". This blank is called Waverly; the etch, done by Heisey not subcontracted, is Orchid, one of Heisey's most sought-after etch patterns according to the Bredehofts. This lid is perfect in every respect with a couple of straw marks on the inside surface of the lid and one infinitesmalnip on the edge. Measures approx. 5 inches diameter. No Heisey mark. Successful bidder will pay NO packing, shipping and insurance to USA destination by USPS Priority Mail. International bidders, please write for quotes.
