A stunning Helen Boehm signed and numbered Fairy Tern sculpture. Perfect condition. The sculpture is of a fairy tern alighting to its driftwood nest with an egg waiting. The driftwood sculpture portion is signed Boehm and to the underside in marker 'Helen Boehm' and numbered "381". On the other side of the base the piece is marked "Edward Marshall Boehm Studio Fairy Tern, The Official National Audubon Society, 1988 Porcelain Sculpture." Hand-painted in the incredible Boehm fashion. 14"H X 19W X 9"LI have several other very fine porcelain birds and animals by Boehm, Franklin Mint, Lenox, and Royal Worcester. Inquire, more are being listed most every day, liquidating my beautiful collection from over 40 years ago.
