Heljan HS4000 "Kestrel" Diesel Locomotive Limited Edition Model Train Used/Boxed. I am selling this due to moving house very soon and I am having to thin down my very large fleet of model trains and this is one of them. This is a Heljan Hawker Sidderley HS4000 Diesel Locomotive that was produced in 2009 and this model is in excellent and in immaculate condition complete with all buffers at both ends and bufferbeam detail is all present as well. There is a replacement valance that can be fitted onto the model minus the detail so that the NEM coupler that is present in the box can be used as well if you wish to use this model to haul rolling stock. The model has been tested prior to listing on here and I can confirm that this model works perfectly fine in both directions as well as it is a smooth runner. The certificate that is included in the box along with the other paperwork is included in the box and the certificate is numbered as 2376 of 4000 models produced worldwide. This beauty of a locomotive is also DCC ready as the PCB has an 8-pin socket so that you can install this model with a decoder easily and I would recommend a heavy-duty decoder as these models draw a fair bit of current when in use which might be too much for some basic decoders to handle, so please bear this in mind when bidding.
