If you pick up from the store downtown, you can use your credit card or cash, you do not have to pay online. If you pick up from the warehouse location you must still pay online or over the phone. Donate books, DVDs, CDs, Laptops, Phones, and more! We obtain books and more through donation drives in communities like yours. We occasionally obtain items that would be of more value to collectors and others than to our recipients, and sometimes simply take a quantity of donated items and sell them on eBay - proceeds from these sales fund our literacy and educational efforts. Customer Service Books for America Customer Service is normally available during regular business hours from our Virginia office. We are not normally open on weekends or holidays. While you may send us a customer service request at any time, please do not expect any action to be taken on it outside our normal business hours. We send shipment confirmations, delivery confirmation numbers, and miscellaneous support communications by conventional e-mail. These notices may NOT appear in your eBay message queue.
