It is an original plastic Sanrio product that has been modified and hand embellished with 100% Swarovski crystals. Her face is covered with Swarvoski Crystal AB rhinestones (a combination of 5, 7, 9 and 12ss sizes), the eyes and whiskers are Jet Swarovski crystals, and the nose is Topaz Swarovski crystal. For her bow, I use a combination of Fuschia and Rose Swarovski crystals. The Hello Kitty head has been attached with a strong commercial strength glue to a silver-tone adjustable ring!
