Hemimorphite & Mimitite - Location: Mapimi¸ Mexico. Small Cabinet. we have an aesthetic matrix specimen of hemimorphite crystals along with some lemon yellow spherical aggregates of mimitite. These crystals are flat tabular radiating white to water clear crystals¸ some of which are gemmy while others are translucent. The crystals are well formed and sharp with a glassy luster. They form on a reddish-brown matrix of iron gossan¸ which contrast well with the beautiful white crystals of hemimorphite. T are also some spherical crystal aggregates of bright lemon yellow mimitite that are lustrous.
